Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the kktcrandevum.com website and its installable app version (the "Platform") by visitors, guest users and members. By using the Platform you agree to these terms. Use of the Platform by businesses is additionally governed by the Business Agreement.

1. Role of the Platform

kktcrandevum is an intermediary booking platform that lists hairdressers, barbers, dentists, clinics, vets and similar businesses in Northern Cyprus and lets you book appointments with them online. Services are provided by the businesses; the service itself, its quality, price, duration and legal compliance are the responsibility of the business concerned. A service relationship is formed between you and the business when you book.

2. Membership

You can book without signing up; membership adds conveniences such as booking history, favourites, faster booking and family accounts.
To become a member you must be at least 18 and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Your account is activated once your email address is verified.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorised use, change your password immediately and let us know.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from the My Account page.

3. Appointments

Available times are calculated in real time from the opening hours, staff schedules and existing appointments entered by the business.
Depending on the business's settings, your appointment is either confirmed immediately or awaits the business's approval. A pending appointment that the business does not confirm reasonably before its start time may be cancelled automatically; you will be informed if so.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link in your confirmation email or from My Account, before the cancellation/rescheduling deadline set by the business. An appointment can be rescheduled at most twice.
If the business has set a cancellation policy, it is shown during booking and your acceptance is requested; that policy applies between you and the business.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are recorded. A business may restrict your online booking after a certain number of no-shows.
In unavoidable cases the business may cancel your appointment or change its time or specialist; you will be informed by email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are set and updated by businesses. The TL equivalent of foreign-currency prices is calculated for information using the daily rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB); the final amount is determined at the business.
Unless stated otherwise, payment is made at the business after the service. The Platform does not take card payments. Any deposit requested by a business is a matter between you and the business.
Discount codes, loyalty rewards, gift cards and campaigns are subject to the conditions set by the business (validity, usage limits, etc.).

5. Reviews, photos and questions

Reviews may be left only for completed appointments, once per appointment. Reviews are moderated before publication.
Your reviews and questions must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain insults, profanity, hate speech, personal data (phone, address, etc.), advertising, links or misleading content. Content that breaks these rules is not published or is removed.
You confirm that content you upload (text, photos) is yours or that you have the right to share it, and you grant kktcrandevum a free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform. Your name is shortened when shown publicly.
Businesses cannot delete reviews; they may reply or report a review they consider in breach of the rules. Reports are assessed by the Platform team.

6. Prohibited use

Booking on behalf of others without permission or with false details, or creating bulk appointments you do not intend to attend,
Using automated queries, bots or scraping tools that disrupt or overload the Platform,
Attempting to bypass security measures or access other users' accounts or data,
Using the Platform for unlawful or misleading purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.

Accounts of users who break these rules may be suspended or closed without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, software, logo, texts and other content belong to kktcrandevum. Business names, logos and photos belong to the respective businesses. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep it running without interruption or error, but we are not liable for indirect losses caused by maintenance, technical faults or third-party services.
Businesses are responsible for the services they provide, for the accuracy of information they enter on the Platform (prices, hours, descriptions, etc.) and for disputes between you and them. We will try to help you get in touch in case of a dispute.
This clause does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

9. Notifications

Essential notices about your appointment (confirmation, cancellation, change, reminder) are sent by email and, if you allow it, by browser notification. Campaign and newsletter emails are sent only with your explicit consent and can be stopped via the link at the bottom of each email.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and members are notified of significant changes by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The Nicosia (Lefkoşa) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
