Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar browser storage technologies are used on kktcrandevum.com (the "Platform"), why, and how you can manage them. Details on how your personal data is processed are in the Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a site. They are used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep the site secure. The browser's local storage (localStorage) may be used for similar purposes.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Platform to work and cannot be switched off. They are not used for advertising or tracking.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| KRSESSID | Session: sign-in state, booking wizard steps, security (CSRF) token, language preference | Until the browser closes |
| kr_cookie | Remembers your cookie choice (necessary only / all) | 1 year |
| kr_rem_user | Signs you back in if "Remember me" was ticked at customer login | 30 days |
| kr_rem_business | Signs you back in if "Remember me" was ticked at business panel login | 30 days |
| kr_rem_admin | "Remember me" for the administration panel | 7 days |
"Remember me" cookies contain only a random token; your password is never stored in a cookie. They become invalid when you sign out or change your password.
3. Browser storage (localStorage)
Some interface preferences (e.g. the view selected in the panel, dismissed info cards, the add-to-home-screen prompt) are stored only in your browser and are not sent to the server. So that you can use the Platform like an app, a service worker keeps site files (styles, icons) in the browser cache.
4. Analytics and marketing cookies (with your consent)
Only if enabled by the Platform team and only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner are the following third-party cookies loaded. If you do not consent, the code of these tools is not loaded at all.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Visit statistics (page views, device type) | 2 years |
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) | Advertising measurement | 3 months |
5. Embedded content
YouTube videos on business pages are loaded from the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain and maps from OpenStreetMap. When such content is displayed, these services may process technical data (IP address, browser details) under their own policies.
6. How to manage cookies
- You can reset your cookie choice by deleting the kr_cookie cookie in your browser; the cookie banner will be shown again on your next visit.
- You can delete or block all cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in or book.
- To opt out of Google Analytics on all sites, you can use Google's browser add-on.
