Business Agreement
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This Business Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms between kktcrandevum, operator of the kktcrandevum.com online booking platform (the "Platform"; the "Operator"), and the natural or legal person registering on the Platform as a business (the "Business"). The person accepting this Agreement during registration declares that they are authorised to bind the Business.
1. Subject
The Operator provides the Business, in return for a subscription, with software services (the "Service") including a profile page, online booking, calendar and appointment management, customer cards, reminder emails, reports, campaigns, packages, gift cards, products/stock and till tools. The Platform is a software and listing service; it is not a party to the services the Business provides to its customers.
2. Registration and approval
- The Business provides accurate trade information at registration (business name, sector, district/town, address, contact details) and keeps it up to date.
- New business registrations go live after approval by the Operator. The Operator may reject a registration, stating the reason, for incomplete/misleading information or activity unsuitable for the Platform.
- The Business may apply for the verified business badge with a licence, tax certificate or similar documents. Documents are reviewed only for verification and kept confidential.
- Each branch opened is subject to separate approval and a separate subscription.
3. Trial period, plans and payment
- A new Business receives a 1-month free trial from the date its registration is approved. All features may be used during the trial; no automatic charge is made at the end of the trial.
- Subscription plans, durations and fees are published on the Platform (Business panel → Subscription). Applicable taxes are stated separately.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank accounts shown on the Platform. The Business submits the payment notice and receipt via the panel; once the payment is approved by the Operator, the subscription is extended on top of the current end date.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Reminder emails are sent 7 days and 1 day before the end date.
- The Platform takes no commission on appointments or sales the Business makes to its customers.
- The Business may also purchase paid "featured" plans. Featuring provides visibility in listings; it does not guarantee any number of bookings or revenue. Rankings in the "best of" lists are not affected by paid featuring.
- A payment receipt can be obtained from the Business panel for approved payments. No refund is given for used or started subscription periods, except where caused by the Operator's fault.
4. End of subscription
When the subscription or trial ends, the Business profile is taken offline and no new online bookings can be made. Existing data is not deleted; the Business can still sign in to the panel, view its records and renew its plan. The profile goes live again once the renewal payment is approved.
5. Obligations of the Business
- To publish accurate and up-to-date information on its profile, services, prices, opening hours and staff, and to enter closures and leave in good time.
- To honour appointments made online; to approve or decline appointments requiring approval in good time; and to inform customers via the Platform of necessary changes and cancellations.
- To hold all licences, permits and professional qualifications required for its activity, and to comply with the relevant legislation for healthcare services.
- To warrant that texts, photos, logos and videos it uploads are its own or that it has the right to use them; not to publish misleading "before/after" images, third-party content or photos of customers taken without their consent.
- Not to create fake appointments or fake reviews, and not to offer customers incentives in exchange for reviews.
- To keep panel accounts secure: use strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), give staff accounts only the permissions they need and revoke access for staff who leave. The Business is responsible for actions taken with its accounts.
- Not to use the Platform or customers' contact details for unsolicited marketing, spam or unlawful purposes outside the Platform.
6. Personal data
- For appointment and customer records of the Business's customers, the Business is the data controller and the Operator is the processor hosting that data on behalf of and on the instructions of the Business. The Operator is separately a controller for data relating to its own membership and platform operations.
- The Business processes customer data in accordance with the TRNC Personal Data Protection Law, only for the purpose of providing its services, and provides the necessary privacy notices.
- Health-related data such as patient/pet records, notes and files should be entered only to the extent required by the service and shared only with authorised staff. The Business is responsible for content entered in these areas.
- Campaign emails may be sent, using the Platform's tool, only to customers who gave marketing consent when booking and have not unsubscribed. The Platform may limit sending frequency and the number of recipients.
- The Operator protects data with reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, access authorisation, backups, activity logs). The parties will inform each other without delay if a data breach is detected.
7. Content licence
The Business grants the Operator, for the term of this Agreement, a free and non-exclusive licence to display content it uploads to the Platform (name, logo, photos, descriptions, service and price information) on the Platform, in the Platform's promotion and in search engines. This licence ends when the Business account is deleted.
8. Reviews
Reviews are written only by customers for completed appointments and are published after the Operator's approval. The Business cannot delete or edit reviews; it may reply publicly or report, with reasons, a review it considers in breach of the rules. Reports are assessed by the Operator. Ratings are calculated automatically from approved reviews.
9. Service level
The Operator takes reasonable care to keep the Service running without interruption and schedules planned maintenance at low-traffic times where possible. The Operator is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or missed appointments arising from maintenance, technical faults, internet infrastructure or third-party services (hosting, email, notification services), or from emails/notifications not reaching recipients. The Business may regularly export its important records from the panel.
10. Suspension and termination
- In the event of breach of this Agreement, the law or the rules of use, fake appointments/reviews, a concentration of customer complaints or payment fraud, the Operator may lock the Business's online booking, take its profile offline or close its account. For minor breaches a warning is given first.
- The Business may pause online booking from the panel at any time. To delete the Business account entirely, the owner submits a deletion request with a reason via the panel; once approved by the Operator, the business, its branches, staff, services, appointment records and uploaded files are permanently deleted. Exporting data before deletion is the Business's responsibility.
- Termination does not affect payment obligations accrued up to the termination date.
11. Liability
The Business is solely responsible for the services it provides to its customers, their quality and legal compliance, the content it publishes and disputes with its customers, and shall hold the Operator harmless from any claims arising from these. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Business in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the loss.
12. Changes
The Operator may update this Agreement and plan fees. Changes are notified to the Business by email and in the panel at least 15 days before taking effect. Fee changes do not affect periods already paid for. A Business that does not accept a change may choose not to renew or request deletion before the effective date.
13. Notices
Notices between the parties are given by email to the Business's registered email address and to the Operator at [email protected], or via the Business panel (notifications, support tickets).
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The Nicosia (Lefkoşa) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. The Operator's electronic records (activity logs, payment notices) constitute evidence.
15. Entry into force
This Agreement enters into force when the Business accepts it electronically during registration and remains in effect until the Business account is deleted.
